The following rules form an agreement between ForeverBet.com and its Players. By registering with ForeverBet you declare your full understanding and acceptance. Your continued use of our Website and Services constitutes your continued acceptance of these Terms of Service.

1.1. The website ForeverBet (“Website”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) is owned and operated by Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L., Company Registration Number 3-102-918547, at Condominio Abitu Bosque Urban, Apt 501 T1, Granadilla, 11802, Curridabat, San Jose, Costa Rica, and is regulated by the Licence Number 0000056 issued on 07 March 2025.

1.2. The following rules form an agreement between Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. and its Players. By registering with ForeverBet.com you declare your full understanding and acceptance of these rules and all other terms on site including betting rules and privacy policy. You agree to abide with these Terms of Service at all times. If you are found that you are in breach of these Terms at any time, we reserve the right to refuse your registration, close your account and may confiscate the available funds in your account.

1.3. It is the Players' responsibility to ensure that his/her gameplay is legal in his/her country of residence, and to therefore be in full compliance with all applicable national laws before registering with Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L.. The licensee accepts no responsibility for any Players' breach of the mentioned laws.

1.4. These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in line with the General Code of Practice for Remote Gaming License Holders issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission.

1.5. These Terms of Service and others may be translated into various languages. The same principles will be reflected, regardless of the language used. In case of any discrepancy between the interpretations of any translated versions of these Terms of Service and the English language version, the interpretation of the English language version shall prevail.

1.6. Players will be informed in advance of any planned changes to these Terms of Service. The Players will only be allowed to continue playing on our website, once they accept the newly amended Terms of Service. Players will still be allowed to Withdraw their Real Money funds if they decide not to accept the amended Terms of Service.

1.7. Players cannot Deposit money from ill-gotten means as this is prohibited by law. Each transaction is checked so as to prevent money laundering. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. will report any criminal or suspicious activity to the relevant authorities, without prior warning to the Player.

1.8. For the purpose of all terms, Euro currency is used in general. The local currency equivalent will be applicable based on the converted Euro value.

1.9. We may impose any limits or conditions on any person who opens or attempts to open an Account where the Device or network is shared (including within a particular residential address) or otherwise unsecure where we reasonably believe that the shared Device or network have been used in breach of these Terms of Service.

1.10. We may require you to register your Devices to your Account and restrict the use of your Account to no more than two unique Devices at any time where we reasonably believe that multiple Devices have been used in breach of these Terms of Service.

1.11. We cannot guarantee that our Betting Platforms will be compatible or operate with any hardware or software that may be used by you.

1.12. You may not use a VPN, proxy or similar services or devices that mask or manipulate the identification of your real location.

1.13. You are the authorized user of any payment method you use.

1.14. You must make all payments to us in good faith and not attempt to reverse a payment made or take any action which will cause such payment to be reversed by a third party.

1.15. When placing bets you may lose some or all of your money deposited to the Betting Platform in accordance with these Terms and you will be fully responsible for that loss.

1.16. When placing bets you must not use any information obtained in breach of any legislation in force in the country in which you were when the bet was placed.

1.17. You are not acting on behalf of another party or for any commercial purposes, but solely on your own behalf as a private individual in a personal capacity.

1.18. You must not either attempt to manipulate any market or element within the Betting Platform in bad faith nor in a manner that adversely affects the integrity of the Betting Platform or us.

1.19. You must generally act in good faith in relation to us of the Betting Platform at all times and for all bets made using the Betting Platform.

1.20. These Terms, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and AML & KYC Policy, as well as the relationship between the parties, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Costa Rica to resolve any disputes arising from Internet or mobile gaming and the use of our service.

1.21. You irrevocably agree to waive any and all rights you may have to participate in or be a party to a class of claimants in any lawsuit, arbitration, or any other proceeding against ForeverBet arising from, related to, or connected with these Terms or any service provided.

1.22. Nothing in the Terms of Service will be construed as creating any agency, partnership, or any other form of joint enterprise between the Player and Us.

1.23. No failure or delay by Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms of Service will operate as a waiver of that right, power, or remedy. Similarly, any single or partial exercise of any right, power, or remedy will not preclude any further exercise of any such right, power, or remedy, or the exercise of any other right, power, or remedy.

1.24. At ForeverBet, you assume all risk. We disclaim any liability for fiat or digital currency price fluctuations resulting from interactions with our online Site and Services. ForeverBet is not responsible for errors during data input, transfer, or assessment and reserves the right to correct obvious mistakes, particularly with odds or bet results, and may invalidate affected bets. We further disclaim responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of our information, including current data, statistics, and live bet outcomes. In all such cases, you will be reimbursed only the amount wagered.

2.1. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. accepts bets made online via its website. Bets are not accepted in any other form (e-mail, voice call, etc.).

2.2. All bets will be processed once the bet has been placed and the acceptance confirmed.

2.3. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. reserves the right to offer on certain bet types lower odds than on single bets.

2.4. Players cannot cancel or change a bet once it has been placed and confirmed.

2.5. Winnings will be immediately credited to Players' accounts following confirmation of the final result.

2.6. Bets will be accepted up to the advertised start time. If a bet is inadvertently accepted after the advertised start time, the match/bet will be treated as a 'non-runner', and therefore considered void.

2.7. A bet may be voided/cancelled due to the fact that an event mentioned in the exceptional circumstances section (section 6) has taken place. In that case, the winnings shall be forfeited, while the original wager amount will be returned to the Player's account.

2.8. Multiple bets that combine different selections within the same event are not accepted where the outcome of one affect or is affected by the other. If such bets are mistakenly accepted, these will be cancelled, and the wager placed returned to the Player's account. This does not include Same Game Parlays/Multis.

2.9. All Player offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number/email (example debit or credit card, Skrill etc.), and shared computer (example school, public library, or workplace). We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any Player or group of Players.

2.10. In the event of an error or malfunction of our system or processes, all bets are rendered void. You are under an obligation to inform us immediately as soon as you become aware of any error with the service. In the event of communication or system errors or bugs or viruses occurring in connection with the service and/or payments made to you as a result of a defect or error in the service, we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any direct or indirect costs, expenses, losses or claims arising or resulting from such errors, and we reserve the right to void all games/bets in question and take any other action to correct such errors.

3.1. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. does not accept Players from High Risk countries, as well as Afghanistan, Cambodia, Canadian Provinces of New Brunswick and Ontario, China, Costa Rica, Cuba, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Laos, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, UK, USA, Yemen, Venezuela, all FATF Blacklisted countries, and/or any other jurisdictions deemed prohibited by the Tobique Gaming Commission.

3.2. In order to be able to register and deposit, the prospective Player will be required to provide Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. with the following KYC details when filling in the application for registration and deposit:
3.2.1. The Player's identity
3.2.2. The Player's age
3.2.3. The Player's address
3.2.4. The Player's email address.

We securely store the personal data which you have provided us with. On the other hand, you should ensure that your Username and password do not become easily accessible by third parties, as any transactions carried out via your account will remain your responsibility, whether you have given authorization for such actions or not.

If you suspect that your Username or password has been obtained by others without you having given prior approval, you should immediately change your password in order to avoid further unauthorized actions.

3.3. Once submitting the registration, an automated email containing an activation link will be sent to the email address provided by the Player in his/her application. The Player's account will become active once s/he clicks on the activation link and consequently successfully validates his/her email address. Once the email verification process has taken place, the Player can Deposit funds and play on our website.

3.4. The Players take full responsibility for ensuring their contact information, payment details, and account information are kept up-to-date.

3.5. Players must be at least 18 years of age or any other older age as may be applicable in the Player's country of residence in order to register and place bets. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. reserves the right to ask for proof of age and to suspend the Player's account until satisfactory documentation is provided.

3.6. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. has the right to request for verification at any stage and the Player is to provide the requested personal identification documents, in order to verify the Player's identity at any stage of their activity. Any documents provided will be kept by the licensee for at least five years from the Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. account closure.

3.7. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. strictly prohibits the following individuals from opening an account with us and our brands and performing any gaming activity on our websites: professional or amateur athletes, sports managers, coaches, team owners, team employees, referees, or league officials. This restriction applies to all members of their families and relatives, including a partner, parent, spouse, children, siblings, etc. Also strictly prohibited from opening an account with is are individuals representing other bookmakers and individuals who have problems with gambling addiction.

3.8. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. reserves the right to refuse or close a Player's registration at its own discretion. In any case, however, contractual obligations already made will be honored. The Player's account must be registered in his/her own, personal and correct, name and personal details. The individual has to ensure that all data given at the registration stage is true, complete and free from error.

3.9. Registration is allowed only once per person, family, household address, email address, payment account number, site cookies, IP address, device ID or shared computer, i.e. Public Library or workplace and cannot share any of the aforementioned with a previously registered account. This therefore also means that the Player has to register personally. Furthermore, a Player can only have one account. Any other accounts which a Player opens with Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L., or which are beneficially owned by the Player shall be considered as duplicate accounts. We shall close all account/s following the identification of the main account. Upon account closure, Deposits may be Refunded, and all bonuses, free bets, and winnings acquired using those accounts will be void and forfeited. If the amount in the accounts does not cover the amount to be Refunded to us, we shall seek to recover the loss incurred directly from any other of your accounts.

3.10. A duplicate account is considered as such in any case where the account IP address, Personal details, payment account number, site cookies or device ID match with an already existing account with the Website.

3.11. Any returns, winnings, or bonuses that the Player received or accumulated during the time when the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited and may be reclaimed by the Website. The Player will return to the Website on demand any funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account.

3.12. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. does not accept any Player collusion and adopts the necessary measures so as to be able to identify such prohibited practice. The use of any third-party software (often referred to as robots or bots) to perform any function within the sportsbook and/ or the casino is strictly prohibited, and if detected will result in the forfeiture of any accumulated winnings and the immediate closure of the Player's account. Such types of software include but are not restricted to automated software being used to access the services Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. offers, place bets for the Player or make gaming decisions for the Player. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. retains the right to take reasonable measures to reclaim invalid winnings in cases where historical instances of bot use are detected after Withdrawals have been paid.

3.13. Players are prohibited from selling, transferring, and/or acquiring accounts from other Players.

3.14. Players are also not allowed to transfer funds from their account to another Player's account.

3.15. Players are also prohibited from:
3.15.1. Scraping our odds
3.15.2. Violating any of our Intellectual Property Rights; or
3.15.3. Engaging in any unlawful activity whatsoever.

3.16. A Player may wish to close his/her account. In that case, a request must be sent from the individual’s registered email address to [email protected]. The account will be closed once the individual provides his/her confirmation. Please allow us up to 24 hours to reply to your emails and to process your request.

3.17. An account which has been closed can be reopened at any time, if not closed for Responsible Gaming reasons, by means of a request sent to the Player Support team email address [email protected].

3.18. During the registration process you will be assigned a currency based on your location. We reserve the right to add or remove currencies at our discretion. The currency assigned during registration will serve as your account currency: your gaming activity, your account balance, your Deposits and Withdrawals will be calculated in this currency.

3.19. From time to time, we may contact you by email for the purpose of offering you information about betting, promotional offerings, and other information from ForeverBet.com. You agree to receive such emails when you agree to these Terms when registering at the Website. You can choose to opt out of receiving such promotional offerings from us at any time by submitting a request to the Player Support team. However, we still reserve the right to send you important information regarding your account.

4.1. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. reserves the right to refuse to register, suspend, or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where:
• There is a breach of these Terms of Service.
• The Player fails to comply with relevant laws or regulations.
• The account is being used in a commercially unreasonable or improper manner.
• Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. is required to do so by a government agency, law enforcement, or regulatory authority.

4.2. Your account may be suspended or terminated if any of the following occur:
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or improper activities (refer to Anti-Fraud section).
• You create or use duplicate accounts (refer to the Player Registration and Deregistration section).
• You fail to provide required verification documents (refer to Verifying your Account section).
• Directed by a legal or regulatory authority.

4.3. If your account is suspended or terminated:
• Access to your account will be revoked immediately.
• Pending bets related to unresolved events may be voided, with stakes refunded.
• Disputed funds, or funds gained in breach of these Terms, may be withheld or forfeited.
• Retained funds will be held for up to 18 months to resolve disputes or comply with regulatory directions.

4.4. In cases of fraudulent, illegal, or improper use of accounts:
• Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. may report such activity to relevant law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or collection agencies.
• You may be blacklisted from creating accounts on Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. platforms.

5.1. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. is not liable for any losses or damages incurred due to the suspension or termination of a Player's account, except as specified in these Terms of Service.

5.2. Upon termination of a Player's account:
• The Player's sole remedy will be the reimbursement of any undisputed account balance.
• Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. reserves the right to void any bets related to unresolved events at the time of termination and refund the corresponding stakes.

5.3. Players must immediately cease accessing Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L.'s services and delete any software provided or downloaded from the Website.

5.4. If Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. suspends or terminates an account, the following actions may be taken:
• Withhold or forfeit disputed funds, including Deposits, winnings, refunds, bonuses, and credits.
• Retain amounts obtained through breaches of these Terms of Service.
• Restrict access to other products or services offered by Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L.
• Require the Player to meet specified conditions before re-registering a new account.
• Report fraudulent or unlawful activities to relevant regulatory authorities

5.5. Any forfeited funds will be retained for 18 months to resolve disputes and may be disbursed as directed by legal or regulatory bodies.

5.6. The suspension or termination of an account does not affect Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L.’s rights to pursue legal actions against the Player for breaches of the Terms of Service.

6.1. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. reserves the right to limit, refuse, cancel, change any bet or part of a bet before the game starts without providing any justification.

6.2. The licensee reserves the right to terminate and remove games or events from its website as it deems fit.

6.3. When an event is cancelled, all related bets will be cancelled automatically, and any wagers placed, will also be automatically Refunded to the Player's account.

6.4. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. will not be responsible for any damages or losses deemed or alleged to have resulted from or which have been caused by the Website or its content including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or line failure, server disruption or lagging, downtime, any person's misuse of the site or its content, or any errors or omissions in content. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. will also not be liable for any erroneous system errors in gaming software, pay tables, random number generation system, bet settlement or any other elements of Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L.’s product/s. Lastly, Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. does not take any responsibility for typing, human or palpable errors, which can lead to obvious price errors. In any of the instances above mentioned, bets will be deemed void. These will be cancelled and the wagered amount returned to the Player's account.

6.5. Though we strive to ensure that no technical errors take place, a failure in the system may still result, and your game will miscarry/abort. In that event, we shall Refund the amount you initially wagered to your account. Furthermore, we will either resume the game at the point in time immediately before interruption took place or, if this is not possible, terminate the game.

6.6. Although every effort is made to ensure that information displayed on site with regards to an event is correct, it is to be used as a guide only. In the event of any particular information (score, time of game, etc.) being incorrect we assume no liability for this. Please refer to our Betting Rules found on our website so as to be able to understand how we settle individual markets.

6.7. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. reserves the right to void any or all bets made by any person or group of people acting in an attempt to defraud the website. If there is any evidence of a series of bets, each containing the same selection which had been placed by or for the same individual or group of individuals, Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. reserves the right to make such bets void and suspend the accounts. This rule applies to both settled and unsettled bets.

6.8. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. reserves the right to void any bet that may have been accepted in error when the account did not have sufficient funds to cover the bet. The licensee may also act in such a manner if an account has insufficient funds as a result of a Deposit which had been cancelled by the payment processing party.

6.9. Should funds be credited to a Player's account by mistake, it is the Player's responsibility to notify the licensee of the error once s/he becomes aware of such mistake. If, on the other hand, it is Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. which becomes aware of this mistake, it will deduct the amount from the Player’s account. There is no need for Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. to first notify the Player. Any winnings subsequent to the error shall be deemed invalid and returned to the licensee.

7.1. ForeverBet does not accept third-party payments. You must make deposits only from a bank account, bank cards, e-wallets, crypto wallet or other payment methods that are registered in your own name. If we determine during the security checks that you have violated this condition, your winnings will be confiscated and the original deposit will be returned to the owner of the payment account. ForeverBet is not responsible for the lost funds deposited from third-party accounts.

7.2. Funds originating from criminal and/or illegal and/or unauthorized activities must not be deposited with us.

7.3. The minimum amount of deposit is €/$/£ 10 or equivalent in supported currencies. The maximum amount of deposit depends on the payment method you decide to use and will appear when choosing the payment method. Note that some payment service providers may apply additional currency exchange fees which will be deducted from the sum of your deposit.

7.4. For Players, the wagering requirement for each of their Deposits is minimum one time (1x), with bets being placed having odds of at least 1.10.

7.5. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. is not a financial institution and uses third-party payment service providers to process credit and debit card Deposits and Withdrawals; they are not processed directly by us. If you Deposit funds by either a credit card or a debit card, your Account will only be credited if we receive an approval and authorization code from the payment issuing institution. If your card issuer gives no such authorization, your Account will not be credited with those funds.

7.6. Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Limits
7.6.1. Minimum Withdrawal Amounts:
7.6.1.1. €/$/£ 20 or equivalent in supported currencies.
7.6.2. The maximum amount for Withdrawal depends on the chosen payment method and will appear when choosing the payment method. If the requested amount of withdrawal exceeds the limit of a particular payment system, the amount can be withdrawn in installments.
7.6.2.1. Website Maximum Withdrawal Amounts:
7.6.2.1.1. Daily: €/$/£ 5,000.
7.6.2.1.2. Weekly: €/$/£ 10,000.
7.6.2.1.3. Monthly: €/$/£ 30,000.

7.7. All withdrawals will be subject to an internal audit before being processed. ForeverBet reserves all rights to void bonuses or any winnings resulting from failed audits. Players hereby consent to this policy in advance.

7.8. Withdrawals of €/$/£ 10,000 and more are subject to increased gameplay reviews and may take longer than normal to process.

7.9. Larger Withdrawal attempts may be divided into installments, with a maximum of €/$/£ 30,000 per month until fully paid.

7.10. Players may cancel a Withdrawal request under 'My Account' before the request has been processed.

7.11. Your Account must not be used as a banking facility. Deposits into your account may only be made with the intention of placing a bet with us or clearing a debt owed to us. Should you make repeated Deposits and Withdrawals without commensurate bets being placed, we reserve the right to charge to your Account without prior notice, any bank or other charges that we have incurred.

7.12. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. has entered into an agreement with a number of payment service providers and financial institutions so that the latter are able to receive Deposits and process Withdrawals on its behalf. Deposit and Withdrawal timing and charges vary depending on the payment method opted for.

7.13. Players shall not treat Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. as a financial institution, no interest or exchange services will be provided for Player accounts.

7.14. Withdrawals will be processed only to open Verified accounts. Furthermore, Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account from where the funds paid into the Player's account originated.

7.15. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received and typically completed within 1-7 business days following successful identity verification.
7.15.1. Smaller Withdrawal requests below €/$/£ 500, or equivalent in supported currencies, may be prioritized for faster processing where applicable.
7.15.2. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider or bank.
7.15.3. Withdrawals can be processed with operator fees or commission including in the situations outlined below; charges from banks or payment processors may also apply.
7.15.4. Withdrawals may incur currency conversion fees if the payout currency differs from the deposit currency.

7.16. Withdrawal Eligibility:
7.16.1. Withdrawals are only permitted for registered Players.
7.16.2. Players must complete identity Verification (KYC) and provide necessary documentation before any Withdrawal request can be processed.
7.16.3. Withdrawals are only allowed to accounts for which the Player is the legal account holder. 7.16.4. Withdrawals are only permitted to accounts that have made a Deposit.

7.17. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:
7.17.1. A Player can at any time Withdraw the cleared balance from their account using a bank or crypto transfer. It is the Player's responsibility to check the fee rate which is charged by your bank or other associated fees with transfer requested.
7.17.2. A Player can Withdraw up to €/$/£ 10,000 (or equivalent in supported currencies) from their account per week, and no more than €/$/£ 5,000 per day. In any case, however, the Player's identity will be Verified once the Player has Deposited a cumulative amount of € 2,000, or whenever the licensee deems it necessary.
7.17.3. If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative account in the Player’s name may be used, provided ownership is verified.
7.17.4. All payments into the Player’s account must be confirmed as cleared and not charged back, reversed, or otherwise canceled prior to Withdrawal approval.
7.17.5. Should a Player attempt to withdraw before any bonus wagering requirements have been completed, the bonus and any potential winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited, with any pending bonus bets that have been placed also forfeited.

7.18. Players are required to provide ForeverBet with all requested documents in order to process Withdrawal within the specified timeframes. Such documents may include, but are not limited to, passport details, identification cards, documents confirming place of residence, as well as statements confirming the source of funds, and different types of selfies. In the event of a player's refusal to provide the requested documents or if inconsistencies are found between the provided documents and reality, ForeverBet reserves the right to close the Player's account and confiscate funds from the account. Players take responsibility for the accuracy of the documents provided and agree that ForeverBet has the right to verify their authenticity at any time. The decision to close the account and confiscate funds in the event of discrepancies is final and not subject to appeal.

7.19. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. is not responsible for any failures or delays that might be caused due to restrictions/problems which the credit card companies may be faced with. The licensee strongly recommends that its Players choose between Crypto and the e-wallets available on its website, as, in this manner, there is a greater chance that the money transactions are carried out in a more swift and secure manner.

7.20. In order to process credit card Withdrawal requests, we may require the following ID documents:
7.20.1. Copy of passport/identity card
7.20.2. Copy of back and front of your credit card (the 8 middle digits and the CVV numbers should ideally be covered)
7.20.3. Addressed bank account statement or utility bill
7.20.4. Additional identity verification documents which we may specifically ask for.

7.21. The Website reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify identity, age, source of funds, or address at any time.
7.21.1. Funds will not be released until all verification checks are completed.
7.21.2. Withdrawals may be delayed or refused if false or incomplete information is provided.
7.21.3. Withdrawals exceeding €/$/£ 30,000 may be subject to enhanced verification checks.
7.21.4. For amounts exceeding this limit, payouts may be divided into monthly installments of up to €/$/£ 30,000 until fully paid.

7.22. The Player's choice of payment may have been registered using personal details which are different from those of the Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. account holder. In that case, we reserve the right to ask for additional documentation to verify the Player's identity and the provided payment method details.

7.23. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. reserves the right to review transaction records and logs whenever it deems this to be necessary. If, consequent to these reviews, it becomes clear or it is suspected that the account is being:
7.23.1. Used as a non-recreational play type; or
7.23.2. That Players are colluding and thereby distorting the gameplay, or
7.23.3. are in any manner not complying with these Terms of Service.

Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. will cancel all Withdrawals and all winnings will be revoked. The Player may lose the right to Withdraw the amount originally Deposited if they are deemed to be in breach of these Terms of Service. In addition, Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. reserves the right to suspend such accounts.

7.24. If the Player has multiple withdrawals pending, Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. reserves the right to reject all withdrawals and request the Player to perform one withdrawal with the sum of all multiple withdrawals.

7.25. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. reserves the right to process Withdrawals over multiple transactions or alternative payment methods as agreed with the Player.

7.26. Should you wish to Withdraw funds but your account is either inaccessible, dormant, locked or closed, please contact our Player Support team by email at [email protected].

7.27. You agree to fully pay any and all payments and charges due to us or to payment providers in connection with your use of the Service. You further agree not to make any chargebacks or renounce or cancel or otherwise reverse any of your Deposits, and in any such event you will refund and compensate us for such unpaid Deposits including any expenses incurred by us in the process of collecting your Deposit, and you agree that any winnings from wagers utilizing those charged back funds will be forfeited. You acknowledge and agree that your player account is not a bank account and is therefore not guaranteed, insured or otherwise protected by any deposit or banking insurance system or by any other similar insurance system of any other jurisdiction, including but not limited to your local jurisdiction.

7.28. If a chargeback on a card or Depositing method you have used is requested by the payment method provider, we may take the following steps:
7.28.1. We may block Your Account;
7.28.2. We may take any such action as we are entitled to by law;
7.28.3. A chargeback notice may be issued and sent to you, using your registration details;
7.28.4. We will use the same payment method as chosen by you when placing a Deposit in order to issue the chargeback;
7.28.5. If we are unable to confirm your identity and the payment method used in order to credit the account in question, we will send out two reminder emails and these will be subject to a reasonable administrative fee of € 50 each or currency equivalent, Withdrawn from Your Account funds which are unrelated to the chargeback.
7.28.6. The balance of Your Account may turn negative in cases of chargeback.

7.29. You can at any time log in to your account and view a statement of your account, which would show all transactions effected on that account, namely Deposits, bonuses, winnings, bets made, pending bets and Withdrawals. Should you notice any mistakes, you should notify Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. immediately so that the mistake can be rectified. You should report such a mistake within 90 days from when the mistake first appeared on the statement available on the Website.

7.30. Please note that the internal operating currency of the Website is Euro. Due to this fact, in case you transact in other currencies, the amount deducted from your credit card or account may be higher than displayed at the time of transaction due to currency conversions and/or transaction fees on the side of your bank and/or the Website's third-party payment processing systems.

7.31. The Website is not a financial institution and thus should not be treated as such. Your account will not bear any interests and no conversion or exchange services (including fiat-crypto exchange) will be offered at any time.

7.32. Any issues or disputes regarding fiat transactions on our platform must be formally reported to ForeverBet.com within 30 calendar days of the transaction date. We will not accept or resolve disputes submitted after this period. This rule applies regardless of where the complaint is raised, including public forums. ForeverBet.com cannot assist with issues reported beyond this timeframe, and there are no exceptions to this policy.

8.1. Players acknowledge that the value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate significantly and unpredictably based on market conditions. Deposits made in cryptocurrency are subject to these fluctuations.

8.2. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. is not responsible for any gains or losses resulting from changes in exchange rates between the time of Deposit and Withdrawal, between bet placement and bet settlement, and between session start and end times.

8.3. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed on their respective blockchain networks and may be subject to delays due to network congestion. Players are responsible for any transaction fees imposed by the blockchain network, which may be deducted from the Deposit or Withdrawal amount.

8.4. Players must make deposits only from their own crypto wallets. Violation of this condition may result in the confiscation of winnings. ForeverBet shall not be liable for any lost funds deposited from third-party accounts. Please note that the minimum deposit amount is €/$/£ 10 or equivalent in supported currencies.

8.5. By using cryptocurrencies for Deposits or Withdrawals, Players accept the risks associated with such transactions, including market volatility, delayed network confirmations, and potential loss of funds due to errors in wallet addresses or blockchain issues. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. is not liable for losses arising from these risks.

8.6. Players must ensure that they use wallets compatible with the cryptocurrency supported by Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L.. Funds sent to incompatible or unsupported wallets are considered irretrievable and will not be refunded.

8.7. Cryptocurrency Deposits and Withdrawals may be subject to additional verification procedures to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) regulations. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. reserves the right to request further documentation or delay transactions if necessary.

9.1. A Refund request will only be considered if it is requested within the first twenty-four (24) hours of the alleged transaction, or within thirty (30) calendar days if a Player alleges that another individual has accessed his/her Player Account.

9.2. If you have funded your account with a Credit Card we reserve the right to pay all Withdrawal requests up to the total amount deposited as Refunds against the purchases you have made. If your Withdrawals exceed the total amount Deposited, any excess amount may be paid to you via one of our alternative methods available provided the Player can verify they are the owner.

9.3. Before a Refund is processed all bonuses and winnings in your balance will be deducted prior to calculating the amount to be Refunded.

9.4. In case any Credit Card Deposits/Withdrawals are considered to carry an unacceptable risk for security or legal reasons either by our payment processors or by the Website, we will initiate refunds for all such transactions back to the Credit Card, and notify all the appropriate authorities and parties.

10.1. The maximum payout amount that can be won through free spins is €/$/£ 50.

10.2. You acknowledge and agree that for certain bet types your accepted stake or bet may mean that you have the opportunity to win more than a win limit or maximum payout set out in this clause or in our other Terms of Service. Even where your approved stake or bet may give you the opportunity to win a higher amount, you agree that we shall only be obliged to pay to you the win limit or maximum payout specified in this clause or in our other Terms of Service such as our Betting or Game Rules. 10.3. Subject to our other Terms of Service, Maximum winning amount per Sportsbook bet (including repeat bets) is €/$/£ 10,000, and per Casino bet is €/$/£ 100,000.

10.4. Subject to our other Terms of Service and in particular other win limits, the maximum daily payout we shall be obliged to pay to you in respect of any bet/s is €/$/£ 100,000.

10.5. If a Player attempts to circumvent any Maximum Win Limits, whether through the use of multiple accounts or through other means, it will constitute a breach of these Terms of Service. In those circumstances, ForeverBet may take such action as it sees fit, including cancelling the relevant bets and winnings. For the avoidance of doubt, the Maximum Win Limit does not impact ForeverBet’s discretion not to accept a bet or to limit the size of the stake it is willing to accept for a bet, nor does it impact our ability to rely on and enforce these Terms of Service or any other applicable terms.

10.6. You confirm that by accepting these Terms you acknowledge that ForeverBet may reduce payouts to the Maximum Win Limit at its discretion, and you agree that this measure is within our rights. Any claims for additional funds after the Maximum Win Limit is applied will be deemed an abuse of rights by the user in order to unreasonably obtain additional funds.

11.1. ForeverBet has a strict anti-fraud policy. If the player is suspected of fraudulent actions including but not limited to:
• participating in any type of collusion with other players;
• development and use of strategies aimed at unfaithful winnings;
• fraudulent actions against other online Websites or payment providers;
• chargeback transactions with a credit card or denial of some payments made;
• other types of cheating;
• providing forged documents;
• creating two or more accounts;
• or is known to have gone bankrupt in the country of his residence, the Website reserves the right to terminate such a Player account and suspend and/or cancel all payouts to the player. This decision is at the sole discretion of ForeverBet and the Player will not be notified or informed about the reasons for such actions. ForeverBet also reserves the right and may be obliged to inform applicable regulatory bodies of the fraudulent actions performed by the player.

11.2. ForeverBet reserves the right to close the Player’s account and to Refund to the Player the balance, subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at ForeverBet’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.

11.3. ForeverBet has zero tolerance for advantage play. Any player who will try to gain advantage of Website welcome offers or other promotions agrees that the Website reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings from such bonuses, for the reasons of:
• use of stolen cards;
• chargebacks;
• creating more than one account to get advantage from Website promotions;
• providing incorrect registration data;
• providing forged documents;
• any other actions which may damage the Website;
• low risk bets that cover more than 50% of the possible outcomes of a game round (Example: Black and Red on Roulette, 19 or more straight up numbers on Roulette, Player and Banker bet on Baccarat etc.). Low risk bets do not qualify for meeting the wagering requirement. Any players using this strategy for the deliberate purpose of bonus abuse will be excluded from future bonuses and promotions.

11.4. ForeverBet reserves the right to retain payments if suspicion or evidence exists of manipulation of the ForeverBet system. Criminal charges will be brought against any Player or any other person(s) who has/have manipulated the ForeverBet system or attempted to do so. 11.5. Should the Player become aware of possible errors or incompleteness in the software, he/she agrees to refrain from taking advantage of them. Moreover, the Player agrees to report any error or incompleteness immediately to ForeverBet. Should the Player fail to fulfill the obligations stated in this clause, ForeverBet has a right to full compensation for all costs related to the error or incompleteness, including any costs incurred in association with the respective error/incompleteness and the failed notification by the Player.

12.1. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. reserves the right to charge Withdrawals with fees to cover administrative costs.

12.2. In case the Deposit amount is not rolled over at least 5 times (sports wagers on odds less than 1.1 or casino wagers with minimum/no risk will not count for the roll over). In that case, the following fees of 8% can apply in order to combat money laundering:
12.2.1. Up to 3 times rollover, up to 8% of the Withdrawal amount
12.2.2. Between 3 and 5 times, up to 4% of the Withdrawal amount.
12.2.3. Minimum sum of €/$/£ 5 (or equivalent in supported currencies).

12.3. An administrative fee of 3% may apply to Withdrawals if multiple withdrawal requests are made within a 30-day period. This fee will be calculated based on the Withdrawal amount and deducted from the requested balance.

12.4. A chargeback fee of €/$/£ 50 will be applied for each chargeback dispute. This fee covers administrative costs associated with resolving the dispute.

12.5. For fees related to inactive or dormant accounts, please refer to the 'Inactive, Dormant, and Closed Accounts' section below.

13.1. Accounts having no recorded activity for a period of 13 months are considered to be inactive. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of €/$/£ 5 or the equivalent in another currency (or the current balance of your Player Account, if less) as long as the balance of your Player account remains positive.

13.2. You authorize the Website to debit this fee from your Player account at the beginning of the month following the day on which your Player account is deemed inactive, and at the beginning of every subsequent month that your Player account remains inactive. The Website will stop deducting the fee if the account balance is zero or if the account is reactivated.

13.3. Once this 13 month period lapses, ForeverBet may close an inactive account instead of continuing imposing monthly fees for inactivity. In such cases of closing inactive accounts, Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. shall endeavor to Refund any remaining balance to the Player, whether by remitting the balance directly to the Player or otherwise by contacting the Player based on information available for their account.

13.4. In case of unsuccessful remitting of the balance to the Player, Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. reserve the right to:
13.4.1. Refrain from closing the Player account; or
13.4.2. Close the account and appropriate the remaining balance in its favor solely in particular cases such as:
13.4.2.1. Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. couldn’t connect with the Player
13.4.2.2. The Player doesn’t intend to remit the funds into their account consideration

Such notification should be sent through all available to Licensee communication methods with the Player. In any case if no comments, communication or feedback provided by Player, within a reasonable period of time, the Licensee should remit the funds in their own favor. Any Player funds appropriated by Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. in terms of this article shall be used to fund responsible gaming endeavors.

13.5. The Player will be notified about this soon-to-be applicable charge during the 11th month, so that they would have enough time to Withdraw the funds and close off the account if they wish to do so.

13.6. If no transactions have been recorded on a Player's account for 36 months, the account shall be deemed to be dormant. In that case, Pacific Ventures Group S.R.L. shall do its best to remit the balance in that account to the Player. If it does not succeed to do so, it will close the Player's account and funds are used to fund responsible gaming endeavors.

13.7. A Player may decide to close their account as per point 3.16 above. Furthermore, he/she may want to exclude his/her account as explained in Section 14 below. Inactive (as defined in point 13.1 above), dormant (as defined in point 13.6 above), closed and excluded accounts may still carry Withdrawable balance. In that case, in order to be able to Withdraw the balance, the Player is to send an email to the Player Support team at [email protected] informing them of their situation. The Withdrawable balance will, at that point in time, be remitted to the Player. The aforementioned identity verification process will take place if not already completed.

14.1. The Website is intended solely for recreational and entertainment purposes. We are committed to ensuring that Players have the ability to manage or limit their play on the Website and to create an environment for safe gambling.

14.3. You may set a “Cool-Off”’, where you would like to take a break from our Services but do not wish to permanently close your account. Your account will be closed for the set period of time, and deposits and new bets are not able to be made. During this period, you will be able to login and withdraw any or all of your cleared account balance.

14.4. Cool-Off periods or self-exclusion are set by you, and;
14.4.1. Once you select a Cool-Off period your account will remain closed for that period of time. It will not be possible to re-open your Player Account during this time.

Complaints Process
15.1. Complaints are handled in the Customer Support department and escalated in the organization of the Website in the case that support personnel did not solve the case immediately. You shall be informed about the state of the complaint to a reasonable level.

15.5. We encourage Players to first exhaust our internal complaint procedure. However, if any complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to refer such complaint free of charge to an alternative dispute resolution (‘ADR’) entity, specifically EGIS Ltd at email: [email protected].

18.1. These general promotion rules will be applicable to all promotions along with specific Terms of Service for each individual promotion that will be listed on site.
18.1.1. These ForeverBet General Promotional Rules, and other relevant rules are linked to our Terms of Service, of which they form a part, and their acceptance is a prerequisite to account registration. Any terms used herein which are not defined shall take their meaning from the Terms of Service.

This suspicious activity might include, without being limited to, common betting patterns across identical events/markets/selections that could be identified in one or across several accounts.

18.1.11. All promotions require a Player to opt-in/subscribe/bonus code/claim prior to activation.

18.2. Bonuses must be used actively and in accordance with the promotion's intended purpose. Any attempt to delay wagering or exploit bonus mechanics in a manner inconsistent with the promotion's intent may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

18.3. We reserve the right to not pay bonus and bonus winnings to Players using disposable email addresses.

18.4. Sports bonus funds can be used for sports betting only.

18.5. Casino bonus funds can be used for casino betting only.

18.6. Virtual Sports bets are not counted towards any Casino/Sport promotions.

18.7. For each Casino/Sports promotion, registration and participation is allowed only once per person, family, household address, email address, payment account number, IP address, device ID or shared computer, i.e. Public library or workplace. Bonus will be refused to Players who do not comply with this term and multiple accounts will be closed. Please refer to Section 3. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer and to forfeit all bonus and winnings accumulated by any Player or group of Players at any time and at our sole and absolute discretion.

18.8. For unverified accounts, the maximum conversion is limited to 1 time (1x) the original bonus face value amount.

18.10. Should a Player have pending bets that exceed the expiration period of their promotion, all bets will be voided automatically.

Without derogating from anything stated herein, detection of an apparent relation between Players, common betting pattern or any other abusive betting strategy which unfairly exploits or manipulates one or more bonuses or promotions offered by ForeverBet (to be determined at ForeverBet’s sole discretion) may result in the cancellation of the applicable promotion and any associated winnings, and may further result in the irreversible suspension of promotion and bonus eligibility.

18.12. ForeverBet could offer a loyalty service to certain loyal Players for a certain period of time. Loyalty membership could be gained only upon official invitation. ForeverBet has the right to discontinue the loyalty service at any time at its sole discretion.

18.13. In-play Information and Scores are for guidance only and may be subject to delays.

18.14. Cashback is a Bonus unless otherwise specified. Any rules that apply to bonuses in general apply to cashback bonuses as well.

18.15. Note that if your Bonus Balance drops below €/$/£ 0.10 or currency equivalent, the Bonus will be forfeited and wagering requirements reset.

18.20. Bonus Manipulation;
18.20.1. Sports bonus manipulation amongst others, may consist of:
18.20.1.1. Placing bets listed as Restricted Gameplay in the specific promotion’s rules.
18.20.1.2. Placing bets on opposite outcomes or repetitive bets.
18.20.1.3. Placing bets with your real and bonus balance more than twice in a row.
18.20.1.4. Increasing the bonus balance then changing the gaming pattern significantly (bet, game, type, bet structure, etc) in order to complete the wagering requirements for the bonus.
18.20.1.5. Making large bets leading to a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equal to or greater than 75% of the previous average bet size in order to complete the wagering requirements for that bonus.
18.20.1.6. Bonus-to-deposit ratios that exceed the following thresholds are deemed to constitute bonus abuse: a bonus amount equivalent to 70% of deposited funds for customers making less than nine deposits, and a bonus amount equivalent to 50% of deposited funds for customers making ten or more deposits. In the event of bonus abuse, ForeverBet reserves the right to disqualify the offending customer from receiving any further bonuses and to cancel any winnings from bonus funds, both during and after meeting wagering requirements.
18.20.1.7. Players are prohibited from placing low-risk bets with Real Money (e.g., betting on odds lower than 1.50 to preserve their cash balance while using bonus funds to meet wagering requirements. Any winnings derived from Real Money bets placed in conjunction with bonus play may be voided if deemed to exploit this strategy. Additionally, bonus funds must be wagered proportionally with Real Money funds where applicable, and any attempt to manipulate bet placement timing or risk exposure may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

18.20.2. Casino bonus manipulation amongst others, may consist of:
18.20.2.1. Placing bets listed as Restricted Gameplay in the specific promotion’s rules.
18.20.2.2. Increasing the balance then changing the gaming pattern significantly (bet, game, type, bet structure, etc) in order to complete the wagering requirements for the bonus.
18.20.2.3. Making large bets leading to a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equal to or greater than 75% of the previous average bet size in order to complete the wagering requirements for that bonus.
18.20.2.4. Placing large bets on games with a low contribution (the percentage that counts towards wagering requirements) then placing smaller bets on games with a high contribution.
18.20.2.5. Using bonus funds to accumulate features or progress in a game, and subsequently switching to Real Money to trigger and claim payouts from those features.
18.20.2.6. Delaying game rounds in any game, including free spins and bonus features, to a later time when you have no wagering requirements.

If any form of bonus manipulation is detected, ForeverBet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the applicable promotion and any associated winnings. Furthermore, such actions may result in the irreversible suspension of promotion and bonus eligibility for the offending account, or closure of account.

18.21. ForeverCoin Bonus Currency Terms;
ForeverCoin is ForeverBet’s proprietary bonus token, designed to enhance the promotional experience while complying with standard bonus wagering requirements. It replaces traditional bonus funds with a platform-native, off-chain token that becomes tradable only once wagering obligations have been met.

18.21.1. Issuance of ForeverCoin

18.21.1.2. ForeverCoin balances appear within the Player’s Wallet alongside other currencies and are displayed distinctly.
18.21.1.3. ForeverCoin are not withdrawable or tradable until bonus wagering requirements are fulfilled.

18.21.2. Wagering with ForeverCoin
18.21.2.1. Players may select ForeverCoin as the wagering currency where supported.
18.21.2.2. Wagering activity with ForeverCoin is subject to the same bonus wagering multipliers and restricted game rules applicable to other bonus funds.
18.21.2.3. ForeverCoin subject to wagering requirements will be locked and non-convertible until the full turnover condition is met.

18.21.7. Expiry
18.21.7.1. ForeverCoin may carry an expiry date, communicated at the time of issuance.
18.21.7.2. Expired ForeverCoin, whether locked or eligible for conversion, will be automatically removed and cannot be reinstated.

18.22. Casino Bonus Terms;

18.23. Sports Bonus Terms;

18.23.1 Unless otherwise specified, you must wager the amount of your Sports Bonus 5 times (5x) before the funds in your Bonus Balance are transferred to the Real Money account and a Withdrawal of these funds may be made.

18.23.2. Unless otherwise specified, you must fulfil the wagering requirements within 7 days of the bonus being taken up, otherwise the funds held in your Bonus Balance will be forfeited.

18.23.4. Bets will only count towards wagering requirements once they have been resulted and settled.

18.24.2. A Free Bet Token shall only be valid on specified products, games, bet types, sports, leagues or events - as stated in the specific promotion terms.

18.24.3. Free Bet Tokens must be used in their entirety when placing a bet.

18.24.4. Any qualifying bet that satisfies the eligibility requirement to be awarded a Free Bet Token may not later be the subject of a Cash-Out.

18.24.5. Any bet that is the subject of a Cash-Out shall not contribute to any eligibility requirement to receive a Free Bet Token.

18.24.6. Cancelled or Voided bets do not qualify as a bet that satisfies eligibility for a Free Bet Token.

18.24.7. If a bet which contributed to the eligibility of a Free Bet Token has been cancelled, ForeverBet reserves the right to remove the Free Bet from the Player’s account and shall, in its sole discretion, determine whether the Player may be eligible for the promotion again.

18.24.10. Maximum bonus winnings from Free Bet Tokens is €/$/£ 250. If multiple Free Bet Tokens with the same selections are placed, only €/$/£ 250 in total will be paid out.

18.25. No-Deposit Bonuses

22.26. If a draw occurs in a game where a draw option is offered all stakes on a team win or lose will be lost.
