Self Exclusion Policy
What is Self‑Exclusion?
Self‑exclusion is a voluntary measure that restricts your access to our platform for a specified period or permanently. During this time, you will not be able to:
• Make deposits or place bets
• Receive bonuses, promotions, or rewards
Note: During a temporary self‑exclusion (Cool‑Off) period, you may still log in solely for the purpose of withdrawing any cleared funds from your account.
Self‑Exclusion Options
You can choose from the following self‑exclusion options:
Temporary Self‑Exclusion ('Cool-Off'):
• Available Durations: 7, 14, or 30 days.
• Effects: Your account will be closed for the selected period for betting and depositing. You may log in solely to withdraw cleared funds. Once the period expires, your account will automatically reopen unless you inform us otherwise.
Extended Self‑Exclusion:
• Duration: A minimum of 6 months, with the option to extend for as long as needed.
• Effects: During the self‑exclusion period, you will not be able to access any gambling services. After the minimum period, if you wish to regain access, you must request reactivation. A further waiting period of 7 days may apply before your account is reopened at our sole discretion.
How to Initiate Self‑Exclusion
To request self‑exclusion:

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Self‑Exclusion Request.” Include your full name, registered email address, and any additional details needed to locate your account.
Via Live Support:
Alternatively, mention 'Self-Exclusion' when you start a conversation with our Support Team, who will guide you through the process
You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed. If you do not receive confirmation within seven (7) days, please contact our support team.
Important Terms and Conditions
No Circumvention:
You are not permitted to open additional accounts, change your email address, or otherwise attempt to bypass self‑exclusion measures. If such behavior is detected, all accounts may be closed permanently.
Account Balances:
During a Cool‑Off period, while deposits and betting are blocked, you may log in to withdraw any cleared funds from your account.
Finality:
Temporary self‑exclusion ("Cool‑Off") cannot be shortened or modified once activated. Extended self‑exclusion remains in effect for at least six (6) months, after which you may request account reactivation subject to a further waiting period.
Voluntary Nature:
Self‑exclusion is voluntary. By initiating self‑exclusion, you agree to the terms outlined here. Any activity on your account during the self‑exclusion period - including deposits or wagers made from any new or undisclosed accounts - will be forfeited, and you will not be eligible for bonuses or rewards.
Social Media Recommendation:
We also encourage you to unfollow our social media channels during your self‑exclusion period to further support your commitment to a gambling break.
Reactivating Your Account
Temporary Self‑Exclusion:
Once the self‑exclusion period expires, your account will automatically reopen unless you inform us otherwise.
Extended Self‑Exclusion:
After the minimum six‑month period, if you wish to reactivate your account, please email [email protected]. Your request will be subject to a further seven‑day waiting period and will be approved at our sole discretion.
