How to Make a Complaint
If you have a concern or complaint, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Contact Customer Support
Please reach out to our Customer Support Team by email at [email protected] or via the Live Support chat on our website. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 1 business day and will aim to resolve it promptly.
Step 2: Escalation to Complaints Officer
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may request for it to be escalated to our Complaints Officer.
Please send a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line “Complaint - [Your Username]” and include:
• Your account username
• Your full name as registered on the account
• The email address linked to your ForeverBet account
• A clear description of your complaint and desired resolution, including request to escalate to Complaints Officer
• Relevant dates, times, and any supporting information
We will acknowledge receipt of your formal complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve the matter within 28 working days. If we need more time, we will update you with a revised timeline.
Step 3: External Dispute Resolution
If you remain dissatisfied after following our internal process, you may refer your complaint to EGIS, our independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider specializing in iGaming disputes. EGIS provides impartial mediation services at no cost to players.
To escalate your complaint to EGIS, email details to [email protected] [email protected]. EGIS typically provides a resolution within 7-10 business days, subject to case complexity.
