You must:
• have a fully verified (KYC-approved) ForeverBet account;
• be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction); and
• be legally allowed to promote gambling in your jurisdiction.
We may request additional information (including KYC / KYB / source-of-traffic details) and may accept or reject any application to the Program at our absolute discretion.
You receive a unique referral link and/or code. Only users who:
• register through your link or code; and
• make a successful first deposit and pass our internal checks,
will be counted as your referred players or “FTDs” for Program purposes.
Tracking and attribution are based on our systems and logs. Our determination of referred players, wagering, house edge and rewards is final.
You earn a percentage of the net house edge on eligible real-money bets placed by your referred players across casino and sportsbook.
For the purposes of the Program, “net house edge” means the gross house edge generated from a player’s wagering after deductions, including without limitation:
• bonuses, free spins, rakeback, cashback and other reward or promotional costs;
• payment processing fees and network fees;
• third-party provider fees (including game providers, sportsbook feeds, liquidity providers and platform fees);
• fraud losses, chargebacks, payment reversals or AML / responsible gaming refunds;
• operational costs, adjustments or corrections reasonably associated with the player’s activity.
Our determination of net house edge is final and based on our internal systems and reporting.
Your base commission rate, any tiers (e.g. based on total referred FTDs) and any Referral Boosts (e.g. linked to referred-player activity or performance campaigns) are shown in your dashboard or in Program communications. We may update these structures from time to time.
Unless we state otherwise, each referred player keeps the commission rate active at the time they first registered via your link, and that rate applies to their eligible lifetime play, even if your own tier or Program structure changes later.
Referral earnings cannot go negative. If adjustments exceed earnings for a period, the balance resets to zero and no negative value is carried forward. Any positive unclaimed balance simply rolls forward.
Referral rewards are calculated automatically and accrue in real time as eligible bets are settled. Your dashboard shows, at a minimum:
• number of referrals / FTDs;
• total wagering by your referrals; and
• your total and claimable rewards.
Rewards are credited in the currency displayed in your account (which may be fiat or crypto, as supported by ForeverBet).
You may claim or withdraw your referral earnings once you meet the minimum claim threshold shown in your dashboard (for example, €500 or equivalent). Withdrawals may be limited to specific claim windows (for example, after month-end) and subject to our usual account and payment checks.
You are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, fees or charges that apply to amounts paid to you.
You must:
• comply with all applicable laws, advertising standards, platform rules and our brand/marketing guidelines;
• only use ForeverBet branding, offers and creative assets that we provide or approve;
• clearly label content as advertising where required; and
• immediately update or remove any material we ask you to change or take down.
You must not:
• target or feature minors or vulnerable persons;
• market to or accept traffic from prohibited or restricted countries listed in our Terms of Service;
• promote or encourage use of VPNs, proxies or other tools to disguise location or bypass our controls;
• suggest gambling is a way to fix financial problems, an investment, guaranteed income, or a requirement for social status or success;
• misrepresent odds, rewards, offers, or the chances of winning;
• use spam, misleading claims, adware, malware, bots, or unapproved incentivized traffic;
• copy the ForeverBet website “look and feel” or present yourself as acting on our behalf;
• bid on, register, or use domain names, social accounts or paid search keywords that are identical or confusingly similar to our brands or domains.
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension, closure and loss of rewards:
• self-referrals or referrals from accounts sharing your address, device, payment method or wallet;
• fake, duplicate or fabricated accounts;
bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic attempts to exploit promotions and rewards systems;
• any other activity we reasonably consider fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or in breach of these Terms or the Agreement.
We may withhold, adjust or claw back rewards where we reasonably suspect:
• fraud, chargebacks or payment reversals;
• bonus, promotion or rewards abuse;
• responsible-gaming refunds or account closures;
• breach of these Terms, the Agreement, or applicable law.
All player accounts, activity data and personal information belong to ForeverBet. You may not:
• access, store, copy, share, sell or reuse player data for your own purposes; or
• use player data other than as strictly necessary to track your own Program performance via our tools.
Any non-public information about our products, systems, commercial terms, performance or processes is confidential and must not be disclosed without our consent.
You must respect all responsible gambling, AML and KYC measures in place, including immediately stopping promotion to any player we self-exclude, restrict or close.
We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time by notice, including (without limitation) for regulatory reasons, reputational risk, suspected breach or inactivity.
You may leave the Program at any time by contacting us and closing your participation.
On termination you must immediately:
• stop promoting ForeverBet;
• remove or disable all ForeverBet links, codes, logos and creatives; and
• cease using any confidential information.
If we terminate your participation due to non-compliance, fraud, illegality, abuse, or breach of these Terms or the Agreement, we may withhold some or all unpaid rewards connected to the breach.
If we end your participation for other reasons, and we are not prohibited by law or regulation from continuing payments, you will continue to receive rewards from previously referred players, subject to the usual thresholds and checks.
If regulatory, compliance, or legal requirements prevent us from continuing to make payments, rewards may be stopped from the date such restriction applies.
You participate as an independent contractor, not as our employee, agent, partner or joint venturer. You have no authority to bind ForeverBet.
We may update these Terms and/or the Program (including tiers, rates, thresholds and eligibility) from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the site, dashboard or email. Your continued participation after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
